BEST PRICE A Super Best Price ist bookable, as long as it is available. The reduction of 20% for Super Best Price will be done for passengers, cabins, seats and vehicles max. height 2,20m. Super Best Price applies with departures in Best Price A, on line Corsica (Livorno-Bastia-Livorno and Genoa-Bastia-Genoa) and on line Sardinia (Civitavecchia-Olbia-Civitavecchia und Livorno-Olbia-Livorno) Super Best Price is only valid, when a booking is done also for a car or a special vehicle. A reservation for Super Best Price is necessary (you cannot buy tickets in the port at departure date) Super Best Price is changeable for a certain fee. For each change ( also for names) we will charge you € 10,00 for Corsica routes and € 25,00 for Sardinia routes, plus the possible difference between former price and a necessary higher price. The tariff can be combined with our promotion BEST CAR and BEST MOTO, but cannot be combined with other reductions or our PEX tariffs. Super Best Price does not apply with bookings already made. No reimbursement, no refund – total or partial. We recommend taking out a cancellation insurance. Reduction not done on taxes and surcharges.

-50% FOR ALL VEHICLES ON RETURN TICKET 50% discount for those who book and purchase round trip tickets when making reservations. The discount is valid while the tariff BEST PRICE A is available. The reduction cannot be combined with special offers (Moby Pex) . Should the clients cancel the outgoing line, the reduction will be deleteld and the payment for the full fare has to be done.

MOBY PEX CAMPER euro 100,00 One way for 1 person + 1 camper or caravan (up to 7 mt) + taxes, rights and surcharge have to be added (fuel surcharge and ISPS costs excluded) -This tariff is applicable on all departures pending booking availabilty (the number of places available varying according to the date of departure) and only in the presence of the 'Best Price A' fare. - Ticket may be modified (25 euro per changing) but will not be refunded. - Passengers, cabin or reclining chair accomodation, boat trailers, caravans and other light trailers may be added at the ordinary fare.

CAR 1 €; 5 € ; 10 € ; 20 € and MOTO TO 1 € BEST CAR' may reach 4 levels and includes the taxes and additional fees (except fuel surcharges and ISPS supplement). Alterations are possible. . The tariff is valid as long as there are free places. 'BEST CAR' is bookable in all of our booking systems, as long as it is available. You surely can chose an alternative date.. It applies only with departures of price category Best Price A. . Our special offer 'BEST CAR' apply exclusively to motorcycles or passenger vehicles, that is to say CARS, which are stated in our price lists as MOT or CAR. A height more than 1,86 up to 2,20m is only allowed for roof luggage. This offer does not apply to VW camper vans, minibuses, motorhomes etc. If it is established at embarkation that the vehicle is a special motor vehicle, you will be . ned the difference between the special offer price and the normal tariff for cat. MBS shown in pricelist. . A reservation for this tariff is necessary (you cannot buy tickets of this tariff the day of departure in our port agencies).. On the Corsica and Sardinia routes, the tariff is changeable for a certain fee. For each change (also for names) we will charge you 10 € for Corsica routes and 25 € for Sardinia routes (plus the possible difference between the former price and a necessary higher price). The ticket price does not change if due to a change the . nal price of the new booking is lower than the originally reserved trip, i.e. the original value of the booking is charged. A change of bookings or names on on line Elba is not possible. 'BEST CAR' cannot be combined with other special tariffs and does not apply for bookings that were already made. 'BEST CAR' tariff and all reservations made in combination with this special offer can only be cancelled against 100% cancellation costs. No reimbursements for not appearing for the trip or partial route. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance of Hanse Merkur

NOTES

In some departures of high traffic the Normal Price tariff can be increased: 30 euro per person, per 2 beds cabin; euro 60 per 4 beds cabin; 50 euro per vehicle and 10 per seat.

SECURITY AND COSTS ISPS In compliance to the international code ISPS related to the norms of anti terrorism, the passengers are informed that security controls for passports, vehicles, luggage can be done at the port or on board of our vessels.The transport enterprise points out that the costs for ISPS can be increased on behalf of the port authorities also after brochure pressure. While the ships are in the ports, is highly recommended not to get closer than 50 meters to the ships and moorings.

CANCELLATIONS/REIMBURSEMENTS For cancellations of bookings, fees will be charged, indipendent of whether the tickets have been issued or not. This is carried out as follows: SARDEGNA E CORSICA -10% of the travel price down to 30 before departure; -20% of the travel price 29 days - 3 days before departure; -50% of the travel pricefrom 48 hours to 1hour before departure. Should the person not appear or cancel at a later date a 100% fee is charged. ELBA -10% of the travel price down to 30 days before departure; -20% of the travel price 29 days- 3 days before departure. Should the person cancel later no reimbursement will be made. The ticket, however, can be used against a previous booking for a crossing to Elba during the year of issue (possible seasonal changes, etc. are calculated). No reimbursement and no claim to ticket utilisation can be granted for not appearing for the trip without previous cancellation. BOOKING CHANGES/REIMBURSEMENTS Per booking change for a trip after a booking confirmation has been made or after acceptance of a seat offer (also by telephone), euro 10 will be charged (in addition to the possible necessary extra for changes in the seasonal period, number of persons or change in vehicles). Tickets which have been changed by hand and do not have a Moby Lines Europe stamp will not be accepted. Booking changes for Pex rates are not possible. Reimbursements can only be applied for through the agency where the ticket was purchased and when the ticket has been certified (per route) with the date, stamp and duly signed by authorised port agent or paymaster within 4 weeks after departure. For partial cancellation (e.g. degrees in the number of persons, cabins, etc. the following fees will be cahrged: +10% of the travel price down to 30 before departure; +20% of the travel price up to 10 days before departure. Subsequent reimbursements for route changes or departure changes cannot be made on location.
