30% DISCOUNT ON THE RETURN FARE. This discount is only applicable when both tickets are issued at the same time.
10% DISCOUNT FOR PASSENGERS OVER 60 YEARS OLD (not during the high season).
CHILDREN
Children under the age of 4 travels free of charge and are not entitled to a berth or sit. However, a free ticket must be issued for embarkation. A 50% discount is offered to children from 4 to 12 years of age (Italy-Greece). For domestic routes (Greece) the 50% discount is valid for children from 4 to 10 years of age.
Deluxe cabin and double cabin (outside and inside) can be used for single use: 50% Supplement
10% MINOAN FAMILY DISCOUNT
 This is provided to families of three (3) or more members traveling with or without car on international routes (Greece / Italy).
This discount is valid for 3 berths/4 berths inside/outside cabin category.
The same discount applies to Deck category for families of four members and above with car vehicle.
Condition: family members are required to produce one form of ID (identity card or passport) during the issue of the ticket and at check-in prior to departure.


NOTES
CANCELLATIONS:
On the day of departure: the fare is not refunded.
From 6 days up to 24 hours before departure: 50% refund.
From 29 days up to 7 days before departure: 75% refund.
From the date of ticket issuance and up to 30 days before departure: 90% refund.
Refunds are issued only from the issuing agency.
In the event of ticket loss, the passenger must notify the issuing agent or the company in writing. The passenger is charged for issuance of a new ticket. However, refund of the lost ticket will be made at the end of the year if found non - utilized at the year's end checking by the revenue department.
